This is just a demo, so for the final game however, we have some plans to help players with puzzles and finding their way around the enviorment.
Q: My game won’t install/load and I am using Windows XP/Vista:
A: There is a few things that might cause this problem, the most common one is due to Windows XP & Vista do not have .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 by default. Please follow this link, download and install it and restart your system. This should resolve the issue.
Q: In game I cannot pickup item(s):
A: Exit the game and restart the game then exit the game and restart the game again, this should solve this issue. We apologize for this bug, it’s not very common though. The good news is the final game won’t have these kind of bugs.
Q: My saved game won’t load:
A: This is probably due to you putting a capital letter at the start of your Username, the font we used in the demo cannot tell the different betweens caps text and non caps text. This issue will be resolved for the full retail release. We suggest that you use only lower case letters for Username as the beginning of the game.
Q: At some points I don’t know what to do or where to go next, what should I do?
A: Well that’s one of the main ideas about this game to give player such puzzles. Listening to dialogs and concentrate on environment would help a lot to not be in this situation. After all if you still have a problem, maybe youtube videos and hearing about experience of other players would help you. You can find them more easily by read or website and follow or twitter account.
